What is a Water Online® Gift Certificate?

Water Online® Gift Certificates can only be used to redeem Water Online® online purchases.

Validity of Water Online® Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are:

• Valid for one year from the date of purchase. Upon expiration, the certificate will be void and nonrefundable.

• Refundable during the one year validty period, with conditions and penalty.

• Combinable with other promotional certificates or coupons unless the offer specifically prohibits the combined use.

Purchasing a Water Online® Gift Certificate

Gift certificates can be purchased online with cash, cheque, or credit card.

You may purchase:

• A certificate in dollar amounts of $20, $50 or $100.

• Any number of certificates may be purchased.

Using a Water Online® Certificate

The recipient of a Water Online® Certificate can redeem the dollar amount for purchases on Water Online® online shopping.

Refunding a Water Online® Gift Certificate

Gift certificates may be refundable during the validity period of 12 months. After the 12 month validity period, the certificate is void and non-refundable.

• All refund must be handled online via member login

• Penalty may apply as follows. Totally unused Gift Certificates are subject to a penalty charge of 50 percent of the face value.

Partially Used Gift Certificates

• May be refunded in a credit note to be used for purchases on Water Online® online shopping.

• No penalty applied.
